Team Registration

REGISTER YOUR TEAM HERE ($400/team)

OPEN MARCH 12TH - APRIL 29TH (or until divisions fill)

We can accommodate 5 teams per division. If the application says it's closed, spots have filled for that division. Once this happens, we will start a waitlist for each division. To submit your team for the waitlist, please email info@mwsl.org with your team name, team manager name and email, and division.

We will pull from this waitlist (in order) if other divisions don't fill. In that case, you'll know if your team was accepted closely after the April 29th team application deadline.

Team managers should check-in at the dome lobby to receive their player wristbands and swag bags.

Player Registration

OPEN MAY 2ND - MAY 12TH

Player registration will open as soon as teams are approved (around May 2nd).

What players can expect:

  • Player registration will cost $5
  • Each player must have a wristband to play (distributed by a team manager)
  • Each player will receive a swag bag and offered breakfast snacks (until supplies last)
