All divisions will play three round robin games with the top two in each division advancing to a championship game and a 3rd and 4th place teams advancing to a consolation game should they choose. Standings are determined by the following point structure:

Win = 3 points

Tie = 1 point

Lose = 0 points

• In the case of a tie in points, "goals for" will be the tiebreaker. If a championship game is tied at the end of regulation, kicks from the mark will take place.
• If at the end of the day, two or more teams in the same division are tied in points, the process described in section 11.03 in MWSL Rules and Regulations will be used to determine relative standings.
