Our membership are the eyes and ears of our league. With the help of referees, we need your feedback and cooperation to foster the safest and most enjoyable environment possible. 

• You can choose to remain anonymous when filling out the form. If you provide your email, our Commissioner will reach out confirming we received the feedback.
• Filling out this form does not automatically warrant disciplinary action. The Board will determine what action should be taken based on referee reports, past feedback about the team/player, and Bylaws and Code of Conduct considerations.
• The Commissioner oversees feedback and will monitor patterns in reports.
• Feedback on a referee(s) will be taken to our Referee Assignor. who will take action as necessary.

In an effort to keep playing conditions safe and enjoyable for all, and because Board members can rarely attend games in person, we need help from players, and especially managers. 

• Remind your teammates before each game that this is a recreational league. Everyone wants to go to work in the morning.
• Share with the referee(s) that our league does not tolerate dangerous play. No matter the division, they are responsible for calling the game according to the Laws of the Game. We depend on their accurate and honest reporting and assessment.
• Make sure you're on the same page as the opposing team manager, regarding not only dangerous play, but the league's jewelry policy, rules and procedures, home team responsibilities, etc.
